The real estate industry as an important pillar of our national economy, real estate has a feature of a high degree of involvement. Now of the network media not only show a very diversified, a large amount of information, a strong interactive ability, which suited to characteristics of commodity house that has a high involvement in degrees goods for marketing. Recently, China’s real estate industry in full swing, it also led to a variety of marketing mode. The marketing methods are not limited to traditional marketing mode, and start to diversified marketing technology, the network marketing is the most popular among them. Network marketing will bring a new revolution to the real estate industry, for the customer, it not only changed the consumption patterns and access to information; Real estate sales market, also took to the road to a profound change.The real estate industry has goods with real estate, involved a huge amount of money, and so many factors influence the purchase of particularity, so real estate marketing model and general merchandise sales are differ, each contact point needs to fully communicate with customers. However, in recent years, real estate marketing model of a single, integrated marketing is no good. Therefore this paper proposes a new marketing mode --integrated marketing media communication system, this system in recent years real estate network marketing and traditional marketing model, combined with the building and now real estate development direction of the marketing rules consistent with the industry media communication mode. The Starting point for the spread of the model is based on integrated marketing media consumers all database, using online and offline every contact point fully communication with consumers, aggregation platform for real estate developers of e-commerce sites, will flow into offline purchase online consumer behavior to efficient and comprehensive implementation.
