Listed Commercial Banks Internal Control Research In China

With the financial globalization becoming obvious, the domestic and foreign financial environment is in the complex of changes. As a monetary funds of enterprises, lacking of control of bank management crisis could trigger a bank. The internal control of Commercial Banks is by all the staff, and its purpose is to achieve bank control process. In recent years, commercial Banks have become complex and different, large scale and strict organic operation system, and have gradually become the powerful guarantee of the financial crisis. In our country, the internal control construction has been the weak link of Chinese commercial Banks, and internal control environment construction is weak, risk management is not perfect, imperfect corporate governance structure, etc.This paper uses the research method of factor analysis and cluster analysis on 16 listed commercial Banks internal control in China. Through the commercial Banks internal control survey, it reveals Chinese listed commercial Banks internal control results and shortcomings, to improve the commercial Banks internal control development in the future.At first the study discusses the origin and meaning of this article, and then combed the domestic and foreign scholars about the study of commercial Banks. Then this paper expounds the related theory of the commercial Banks internal control. Later, the paper uses the factor analysis and cluster analysis to nationwide 16 listed commercial bank internal control the five elements of independent accounting units for the empirical analysis, and it is concluded that the commercial Banks internal control of a series of related data, and to analysis influence the main factor of the five elements of internal control of commercial bank. Finally, it puts forward rational suggestions, aiming at the above problems, and provides certain reference for the development of commercial Banks. In this paper, on the basis of predecessors’ achievements, empirical study was carried out on the bank internal control, hoping to combine foreign advanced achievements and the present condition of the Banks in our country, and to promote the construction of our country commercial bank internal control.
