Strategy-Oriented Comprehensive Budget Management System Development Of Sujianke Group

Secondly, on the basis of literature review and theoretical carding, starting from the present situation of Sujianke group budget management, this paper analyzes the problems and defects existing in the budget management and the causes of the difficulties.Based on this, Sujianke group designs comprehensive budget management system of strategic orientation. At last,this paper analyzes the strategy of Sujianke group. Standing on the strategic point of view, Sujianke group designs comprehensive budget management system including the target system, organization system, monitoring system and evaluation system and puts forward the corresponding system implementation safeguard measures. Through the new comprehensive budget management system,Sujianke group may enhance its level of scientific management.
