The extensive economic growth mode of China’s high dependence on bank, especially after the launch of the "four trillion", the rapid expansion of the non financial sector debt, macro economic leverage ratio is high, the money stock remains among the highest in the world. Despite the fact that the money supply is excessive,in June 20, 2013 inter-bank market still had undergone unprecedented "money shortage" event. In spite of a series of policies after the central bank to strengthen liquidity management, the inter-bank market liquidity is more relaxed, the recurrence of similar 6.20 "money shortage" is unlikely. Based on the existing monetary and credit allocation pattern, the central bank easing policies in the inter-bank market do not effectively transmit to the real economy, the real economy is still relatively lack of liquidity, and there may exist for a long time, which will increase the credit risk exposure of commercial bank,and is not conducive to improving the efficiency of macro economy.This paper will study the credit risk management against the background of “money shortage”, and is divided into seven sections. The first chapter introduces the research background, purpose and significance, research advances and literature brief assessment, research methods, ideas and articles framework, as well as the innovation and the insufficiency; the second chapter reviews credit risk management theory, from the perspective of information economics and the commercial bank credit risk management procedures and content; the third chapter introduces the course of 6.20 "money shortage", the formation mechanism, and impact on macroeconomic and commercial bank credit risk; fourth chapter analyzes main problems that exist on ABC Suzhou branch credit risk management, mainly analyzes the current situation of credit risk management, new challenge of credit risk management; the chapter V from four perspectives philosophy, business environment, management system and management tools to analyze the root causes of the commercial bank credit risk management issues; the chapter VI accords to the ABC Suzhou branch credit risk management problems, and put forward a series of measures to strengthen credit risk management; Chapter VII is the conclusion and prospect of further research.
