Smart card had been created in France since 1970’s, French start to introduce the technology of smart card into Telecom, Payment, transportation, social security, medical and ID etc at worldwide based on their stronger industrialization. Till to 21 centre, Smart card have been penetrated into every people’s life, and become one of people’s life. Today, the market becomes one of the fascinating market.Chinese Smart card market start at 1990’s based on the foundation of “Gold Card ” project, initiated by the China administrate government. With the development of China economical, the popularization of mobile subscribe, and the attentions on security of payment and social security etc. Currently, Chinese smart card market also becomes the biggest and most attractive.It is very important for L company which is the biggest supplier of lead frame smart card at worldwide how to face the biggest and quick changing market as the foreigner company, especially, when L company encounter fall into the troubles when they feel rigid about their strategy at the beginning of entrance into China smart card market.
