A Research On Operation Risks And Preventive Measures Of Yiyang Small Micro Enterprises

Along with the advance of our socialist market economy, enterprises will encounter many kinds of internal or external risks. Lack of risk prevention awareness and preventive measures in the operation, the enterprise’s survival and development is threatened. Only after knowing the operational risks, can enterprises make effective measures to avoid or resolve the risks scientifically.Small micro enterprises has become the indispensable important force in China’s economic development. The survival and development of small micro enterprises is well supported by the national preferential tax policy, credit policy, fiscal policy and all local government departments,which can’t fundamentally solve its inherent risks. Therefore, to strengthen the research on the operation risks and the preventive measures of small micro enterprises is not only the priority of small micro enterprise managers, but also a important subject to a government. Based on many types of small micro enterprises and the big enterprise management differences, a research on a single small micro enterprise is not enough to cover the content of the study, thus choose a regional group—the Yiyang city as the research object,aiming to offer valuable reference for the development of local small micro enterprises and local governments’ decisions.According to the train of thought “practical problem—theoretical analysis—solution”, first of all, through the practical investigation, the thesis analyzes the economic situation of Yiyang small micro enterprises,to understood and grasp the main problems in their business process; then,based on the above factors, the operation risks existed are analyzed from the four aspects: the enterprise positioning, marketing, credit and management, the operation risks; finally, using the economic theory and related theories of enterprise management, fully study and put forward the preventive measures for the above four aspects of risks. This is very significant to explore the risk control rule of small micro enterprises, to reduce the small micro enterprise operation risks, to expand the business space and to improve management level and ensure national economic security.
