The Research Of New Urbanization Development Based On The Perspective Of People’s Development

With the development of China’s economic and social, the problem of urbanization has attracted increasing attention and has become the mainstream of current government and society. In the 18 th National Congress of the CPC emphasizes that we should focus on the improvement urbanization quality. During the congress China’s government comes up with the new urbanization road with Chinese characteristics which means promote the urbanization industrialization and modern agricultural mutual coordination of each other, then realizes the four modernizations synchronous development ultimately. Third Plenary Session of the 18 th National Congress put forwards that dual structure in urban and rural areas is the main obstacle to the integrative of urban and rural development. The research of new urbanization development based on the perspective of people’s development not only requires the city’s own perfect improvement but also focus on city’s economic development. New urbanization should subject to the theme of “people oriented” instead of the so-called urban construction achievements to show the city quatity. Practice has proved that the so-called urban construction achievements absolutely can not create a perfect living environment for people. Accelerating the new urbanization needs to focus on the theme of people-oriented which is the deep cognition of the essence of new urbanization.This article analysis the main problems of new urbanization will face based on the perspective of development of people. The theoretical basis of this essay is according to the new urbanization theory and Marx’s humanism theory. And it analyzes the basic path and four countermeasures to achieve the new urbanization which will provide new point of view for dual structure in rural areas and also provide some experience for new urbanization.
