Research On Stages Of Development And Strategies Of China’s Foreign Direct Investment

As the increasing of international trade and economical globalization,FDI plays a more and more important role in the development of world economy. So many countries encourage FDI of their own countries’ companies. America, as the biggest country in FDI,whose, by the end of 2013,accumulative FDI come to 6.3495 trillion dollars, and the same statistics of Japan is 992.9 billion dollars. The U.S made up a lot of huge multinational companies and they improved the U.S’s economical development. In the policy of "Go Out", China’s companies are making more and more FDI. However, the FDI of China is at the initial stage. So,China should learn from the experience of U.S and Japan, which will enrich the FDI policies of China.This dissertation is based on the theory of FDI, processes demonstration analysis of developing stage of international investment in China. China should learn from the experience of U.S and puts forward policy suggestions according to the results elicits by the quantitative calculation.
