Since the middle of the 19th century, with the rising of the knowledge economy and knowledge management revolution, technology and market conditions has been changing with each passing day, competitive environment of enterprise is unprecedented intense and complex. Human resources, especially the knowledge employees’human resources have already become the most precious resources in the world. For a long time, the enterprise management dominates people’s behavior mainly relying on hard constraints such as power, command, system, rules, and economic interests. With the appearance of the humanism ideological trend and the increase of knowledge employees’s quantity, human resource theory gradually began to pay attention for developing and using the human agency, such as independent spirit, innovation potential.Administrators of modern enterprises come to realize that the successful enterprises need their employees not only completed the job going through channels, but also need more active work, enterprising spirit, employees’active performance have profound effects on company business. The incentive of knowledge employees make them not only completes the tasks within the responsibilities, but also undertakes the work outside of the scope of responsibility, exert its potential human resource effectiveness.This article based on the incentive of knowledge employees’extra-role behavior as the research object, the goal is to improve and perfect the effect of incentive for knowledge employees’extra-role behavior. This study based on the related theories of incentive of knowledge employees’extra-role behavior, analysis the status and problems of the incentive of knowledge employees’extra-role behavior, through the questionnaire survey method, conversational method and statistical analysis; proposed the improvement scheme and implementation method for incentive of knowledge employees’extra-role behavior.The innovation of this study is to summarize the knowledge employees spontaneous behavior, proposed the concept of extra-role behavior include constructive organizational behaviors and destructive organizational behaviors; proposed the improvement scheme for incentive of knowledge employees’extra-role behavior, guide the enterprises to improve the management of knowledge employees.
