Research On Online Trading System Of Land-use Right In Dongying City

Combined with information technology and economic development, online transaction emerged.From the point of the whole social environment, Many online trading platform has become increasingly mature such as Taobao and Jingdong.Now online shopping has an increasing scale and has become a trend. If this trend and development of IT affect people’s habits and customs, it will also affect the relationships of us and cause new social demands. So as to make the government departments begin to think about the administrative management. Thus, as a branch of administrative management, land of online shopping is also essential.So in this conditiononline trading of the land use rights is born. Online trading of land-use right has many advantages,such as optimizing allocation of land resources, improving work efficiency and reducing corruption. And then it has also important implications for the reform and innovation of our land use rights trading market development and transfer system.As a platform, the construction of online trading system for land-use right is a major problem. In recent years, many local online trading systems of land-use right have done a pilot exploratory work, and achieved remarkable results, but also because of a lack of national construction guidelines, the practices still lags behind our theory.With the online trading system of land-use right in Dongying city as the object, this research described and analyzed the construction process of system, running status, problems and advices, based on real materials and system datas. In this paper, we accurately understand the conditions of online trading system in our city, found that the deep problems and make some practical suggestions.These are helpful to improve the online trading system of land-use right in our country. This research adopts the method of literature research and case analysis. Through the collection of some theoretical basis and information literature, this paper first analyzes the domestic and foreign research progress of online trading, proposes the research background and significance,and then references the case of the online trading system of land-use right in Dongying city, carefully analyzes the system settings, transaction data, and their respective characteristics,combined with the system of the Fujian province, Jiangxi province, Fushun city, Xiangtan city as the auxiliary cases. And then summarizes the problems of online trading system for land-use right in Dongyingcity, proposes some suggestions and enlightenments, and these can make the land use right online trading system more perfect.Finally, the paper concluded that the online trading system for land-use right as a product trend is inevitable, but there is still a long and tortuous way to go.More attention should be paid to information utilization,data service and credit system construction.At last,the paper lists related issues remain to be researched in the next step.
