In our country, the existence of urban and rural dual system made allocation of public resources significantly inclined to urban,so did the education input, but the spending on education and training of farmer showed a strong rigidity.Using data from CFPS 2010 survey, employing propensity score matching methods, we estimated the return to higher education of the rural individual. According to the results, there is no significant difference between the rural individual and the urban individual without considering the household registration.
