Study On The Local Government Supportive Policy For The SMEs

Recently, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises has gained more and more attention. As a part of social economy, small and medium-sized enterprises play an important role in the economic development. As to Laiwu, after the economic crisis, the iron and coal industries show continuous downturn, which made the economics of Laiwu keep going down. In that case, the small and medium-sized enterprise is more and more important to the city’s economic. The Laiwu government has taken a series of measures to guide and support the SMEs. As a result, the number of small and medium-sized enterprises increased. In 2013, nearly 100 small and medium sized enterprises turned to be scale enterprises, which have become an important force in promoting the region’s economic development.However, due to the scale of the small and medium-sized enterprise scale, its limited financial strength, its anti-risk ability is relatively low. Their development is easily influenced by the environment. In such circumstances, study on how to provide excellent conditions for the small and medium-sized enterprises has become an important subject. This paper will make some mathematical research on local government Small and micro businesses policy, analyze the specific circumstances of Laiwu city, and try to make clear how the local government promote the those enterprises. This essay consists of six parts: the first part will mainly introduce the general idea of this paper, the system structure and the research method. The second part will sort out some concept and definition, which will carry on the simple analysis as the theoretical basis of this study. The third and the fourth part focuses on the current situation and problems of the small and medium-sized enterprise policy, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises. The fifth part will collect some advanced experience at home and abroad of supporting the SMEs. The sixth part will make some suggestions for the improvement of small enterprise policy of Laiwu city.
