With the development of market economy, the global process of rapid development of information technology, as the provider of information products and services of telecommunications companies, as early as has become the focus of attention. China’s telecommunications industry is in dramatic changes among the countries of the adjustment of the industry, to promote and market competition of 4G, mobile communications companies will have a profound impact. Group companies have become the main mode of the dominant society and economy. Group companies large scale, multi-organizational level, geographical dispersion, a subsidiary of how to implement effective monitoring and control, and enhance their core competitiveness of enterprises has become an important issue to consider.
