By the end of 2014, the national bank financial institutions total assets amounted to 217.2 trillion, grew by 37.6, growth rate of 20.93%. Among them, the total assets of commercial banks reached 22.75 prehistoric trillion yuan, accounting for the total banking proportion is 3.79 times at the end of 2008, the loan scale is respectively 3.55 times, 3.34 times at the end of 2008. Respectively higher than the national banking industry average growth rate over the same period of 4.21 and 3.88 percentage points, the development of commercial bank industry entered the "era of high speed". At the same time, commercial banks are put in a tight spot which there less middle-level managers can be with business ability, professional knowledge and risk management skill. How to select the qualified commercial bank middle management, to avoid bias free exist in manager selection process?This research based on the commercial bank middle managers in Sichuan Province, using the international general scientific, professional Biodata analysis to develop a set of consistent scale with the Chinese local reality. Combining this Biodata analysis scale with other relevant personnel selection and assessment tools can improve commercial bank middle managers selection scientificity and effectively, and to be great significant and value for the selection work of human capital.This research is mainly divided into three parts. First carries on the systematic combing related literatures on resume study on the domestic and foreign research scholar, and based on the theory constructing a logical framework Biodata analysis scale of commercial bank middle managers. Then around the basic framework for in-depth interviews in the province of Sichuan as part of the city, county, District Commercial Bank branch, understand its to the middle-level manager resume information cognition, in-depth study of how effective will resume information evaluation used in middle managers selection work.Secondly, using the method of questionnaire survey in large scale in the province of Sichuan as part of the city to investigate the commercial bank middle-level managers’ related views, evaluation and feedback. Finally, interviews and questionnaire survey results comprehensive preliminary systematic formation history information, quantitative evaluation tool for scientific and effective commercial bank middle managers selection, and verify the validity of analysis tools to resume through the empirical research of the samples again. The research results show that, the commercial bank middle management experience analysis level indicators are composed of basic conditions, work performance, working experience, professional level and honor constitute. Through effective further empirical tests of middle-level managers record analysis tools show that commercial banks in the middle managers selection process, through the Biodata analysis can be eliminated the employer who do not match the applicants, not only improve the efficiency of the candidates, while reducing the selection risk.The Biodata analysis used in commercial bank middle managers choose not only has certain scientific and innovative dial, also as development gradually standardized history information management and science and technology, Biodata analysis technology will play a more important role in talent selection, and provides a new method for the promotion of management competency assessment mechanism.
