In China, the development of small and medium-sized enterprises has reached a considerable scale, a strong impetus to the development of the national economy, but in the process of development and growth of SMEs, contradictions from capital is limited and the expansion of production, will lead to small and medium enterprises operating capital is insufficient, influence the normal operation of enterprises, how to effectively obtain funding has become a problem of small and medium-sized enterprises are facing. In this regard, the domestic scholars have carried on extensive theoretical study from different angles.Social capital as a depends on the interpersonal relationship existing social resources, attached to the entrepreneurs, entrepreneur social capital accumulation, can bring positive effect to the financing of enterprises to a certain extent. These social capital not only provides the convenience for enterprise financing, but also reduces the financing cost and risk, to promote the enterprise financing has a positive effect. Therefore, has the vital significance to the study of the subject.In this paper based on combing the previous research on the social capital of entrepreneurs, influence on the composition of Entrepreneur Social Capital and the financing of small and medium enterprises are analyzed in detail, and constructs the analysis framework of entrepreneur’s social capital and the financing of small and medium-sized enterprise relationship, reveals the impact of entrepreneurial social capital on the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises, Entrepreneur Social Capital Based on the perspective, to broaden the financing channels for small and medium-sized enterprises to provide reference, on this idea, this paper consists of five parts:Chapter one, introduction. The research background, purpose and significance of the research mainly introduces the paper, on the basis of this, it reviews the research status of small and medium-sized enterprise financing theory of entrepreneur’s social capital, academic circles, and then determine the starting point of this article, points out the research contents and methods, and puts forward the article’s innovation points and shortcomings.The second chapter, the theoretical basis of the small and medium-sized enterprise financing entrepreneurial social capital effect. This chapter in the foundation of the definition of small and medium-sized enterprises, in accordance with the purpose of this study, defines the essence and attribute again entrepreneur social capital, respectively from the micro, meso, and macro three levels with the analysis of its intrinsic elements, to lay the foundation for the next research.The third chapter, the influence mechanism of entrepreneurial social capital on the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises. The existing financing channels for small and medium-sized enterprises in this part summarized, constructs the framework of analysis of the influence of entrepreneur’s social capital financing for small and medium-sized enterprises, based on chapter research level, show the impact of entrepreneurial social capital on the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises from three aspects.The fourth chapter, the Countermeasures of entrepreneur’s social capital perspective to improve the financing of small and medium enterprises based on. Based on this research, puts forward effective measures to improve the financing environment for SMEs, to broaden the financing channels for small and medium enterprises. In this part, according to the study level, at forward, put forward specific measures: for individual enterprises, in the maintenance of existing capital at the same time, foster new entrepreneur social capital; promote the construction of the guild, chamber of Commerce, and on this basis, to promote the realization of enterprise cluster, cluster internal financing; improve other supporting system of the small and medium-sized enterprise financing from the government level.The fifth chapter, the conclusion and prospect. Combined with the research summary, explaining the existence insufficiency, for further research on the financing of small and medium-sized enterprises and entrepreneurs’ social capital relations put forward direction and suggestions.
