A Research On Development Policies Of Small And Micro Banks In Inner Mongolia

With the rapid development of the national economy and the booming financial industry, the small and micro banks, a very important part of the financial industry, have gradually come into the public horizon and contributed greatly to the regional economy; however, at the same time, there are still a lot of disadvantages concerning the development of the small and micro banks, which, to a certain extent, hinder their healthy development. Therefore, the paper studies the development of the the small and micro banks in terms of market access, the setting of equity, institution setup, the outer business enviroment, the policy support and the problems of their own and draws the conclusion that the sustainable development of the small and micro banks can be achieved by operating with specialty, fully adopting the relevant supporting policies of the government, following the trend of the times and working out plans in line with their own characteristics. The small and micro banks are required to solve their own problems and meanwhile should be supported and coordinated with the supervision department, the local governments and the trade association so as to realizetheir local-government-controlled function on facilitating the development of the regional economy. The paper, mainly taking the small and micor banks in Inner Mongolia as example, based on the researches home and abroad and the relavant materials of the small and micor banks in Inner Mongolia, explores the problems of the banks themselves and their supervision department, analyzes the reasons for existing problems, and proposes the countermeasures on how to promote the healthy development of the the small and micor banks in Inner Mongolia.
