Research Of The Industrial Structure Optimization

In 2013, the Beijing thrice industry proportion of the total output value of regional GDP has reached 0.8:22.3:76.9, it means that the third industry has occupied a dominant position in Beijing. According to the general sense of urban industrial structure evaluation standards, Beijing has entered the post-industrial age. The change of thrice industrial structure, however, does not make the development of Beijing into a more ideal state, on the contrary, there is a city "tight" equilibrium state between the city function and the bearing capacity. Heavy city function and population pressure restrain the pace of progress in Beijing. In February 2014, President Xi put forward to promote the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region. Especially, the evacuation of the non-core function in Beijing has become an important method of the coordinated development of Beijing-Tianjin-Hebei region.In this paper, I used North’s theory, first of all, it defines the core functions of capital and categorizes capitals based on different types. Then the use of London and Tokyo as its references. The concrete research contents are as follows:The first part is the analysis on how the four core functions of capital correspond to the industrial support. The second part researches developing direction of industrial structure’s optimization according to the conditions and issues in Beijing’s industrial development. The conclusions are that on one hand, we need balance the relationship between core functions and non-core functions based on industrial evacuation, and on the other hand, we should take the positioning of the city, the limitation of industrial scale and the population control as our consideration as well.It is an innovation point that it used to generally evaluated a city’s industrial structure according to the rate three industry, which did not bring each city’s special circumstances into it. Whereas this article is going to come up with a principle of industrial optimization by optimizing industrial structure through positioning of core functions.
