Xi’an City Chang’an District City Fine Management Research

Enter since twenty-first Century, Chinese city scale is’continually expanding, city urbanization continues to accelerate. With the requirements of the residents of city life become more and more diversified, the pursuit of quality of life become more and more high, in order to better meet the need of city development and resident life, further refinement of the city management related work, become more and more urgent and important. The traditional city management has not meet the high standards of the new city, citizens living requirements, so the new model city of fine management began to rise, and applied to multiple areas of city management.In June 2,2002, the State Council approved:revocation of Chang’an County, the establishment of Xi’an City, Chang’an District, to the original Chang’an county administrative region is the administrative region of Chang’an District. County area of the urbanization process of Chang’an District to a new requirements, urban management issues become more and more prominent, Chang’an District follow the pace of the times, the long history of the historical cultural resources and rich natural resources to be effectively integrated, urbanization development progress, in 2011, the government of Chang’an District has proposed the delicacy management in Chang’an District.This paper expounds on the city management, city management mode, city fine management concepts, the domestic and foreign city fine management better management of state are introduced. This paper focuses on the Xi’an city Changan District in the hitherto unknown development opportunity, from the system construction, city construction, planning management, sanitation cleaning, ecological environment, city greening and other important aspects of Xi’an city Chang’an District city fine management makes analysis. From the integration of administrative resources, the establishment of city planning, management and coordination mechanism; integration of ecological resources, and improve the development of ecological environment and the protection mechanism; professional information technology and data equipment support; suit one’s measures to local conditions, special conditions for tablets, development were discussed, and puts forward some countermeasures for Chang’an District city fine management of Xi’an city.
