EAS International Shipping Co.,Ltd. is a container shipping company offer service between China to Korea, and Dalian Branch is major in Dalian- Busan route which cargo volume is the TOP 3 of this line. However, how to make reasonable marketing strategy in order to keep higher loading rate and market share in recent ailing shipping business is the significance of this study. At the same time, we also make sensible protective measures to achieve this marketing strategy which can also provide references for other shipping companies.Outbreak in 2007 of the US subprime mortgage crisis and triggered by the European debt crisis, led to the global economic slowdown, the world trade remains weak. As the European debt crisis further fermentation, the world economy downside risks to increase further, the world trade organization (WTO) has global trade growth forecasts in 2014 to 2.1%.Since 1989 EAS International Shipping Co.,Ltd began offering between China and Korea container transport business,has now become the main carrier of the route,but in the face of fierce market competition.EAS International Shipping Co.,Ltd. to survive and achieve leapfrog development,become an important topic of companies face,so to develop a set of scientific and effective marketing strategy,withthe downturn in the market to win more customers,and to ensure that the loading rate stability,is the key to the survival and development of EAS branch.Taking EAS Dalian Branch as the research object,and combining the characteristics of the frontier theory of shipping industry marketing and shipping industry, systematically studied the EAS Dalian Branch of the marketing environment, including the analysis of macro environment and competitive environment, and EAS Dalian Branch in the container transport business the advantages,disadvantages opportunities and threats are analyzed in detail,thus put forward the marketing strategy for the planning of. In addition,this paper fully studies the foreign mature marketing experience, respectively, is proposed to meet the EAS Dalian Branch of container transport business marketing strategy from the product,price, channel, promotion and service and other aspects, and puts forward to measures to ensure the implementation of the organization, including security,system security, protection of human resources,with a view to the enterprise steady through the economic crisis.
