With the progress of science and technology, industrial development, the state to further standardize the management of special equipment, the State Administration of Quality Supervision Inspection and Quarantine the relevant requirements of the third party inspection agency, the nondestructive testing as an emerging industry, in a short time the rapid establishment of the detection of over 300 companies all over the country therefore, to establish a set of scientific and effective, in line with the characteristics of the industry to adapt to the requirements of the detection, the salary system of the rapid development of the industry and talent quality, is a new challenge to the domestic young detection industry company.This paper takes Yangzhou Yayuan detection company as the research object, embarks from the domestic and foreign advanced compensation theory and incentive theory, combined with my detection in the industry for more than 10 years of work experience, in addition to the information of a plurality of company’s collection and interview method, summed up the general problem of detecting the existence of the industry, combined with the actual situation of the company YY detection the analysis of the reasons behind the problem, draw in the business strategy and the current market environment, the existing salary system has not meet the company’s development requirements, it is imperative to reform. In the design process of the new salary system, according to the production and operation status of the company and the stage, starting from the company’s strategy, according to the compensation system design principle and process, design a set of compensation current detection scheme for Asia and the Far East Company for specific conditions and characteristics, to attract more talent to stabilize and improve the service level and operation efficiency of enterprises, and promote the staff to have the knowledge, skills and creativity of retention form the core competitiveness of the company within the company.
