As a China post newspaper retail business section, Postal kiosk is an important position to covey socialist spiritual civilization. It is the infrastructure of public culture in our country and a comprehensive service window. It is an important way to publicize the party and state policies, popularize scientific knowledge, and disseminate the information.With the development of science and technology, the way to get information is becoming more and more diverse. There is a number of spreading information ways to replace by newspaper which is the traditional channel. And the postal kiosks which are the retail window of distributing newspapers and periodical shave also have been under increasing impact, traditional sales methods and outdated image has been increasingly unable to meet today’s market.Facing the changing market and the increased competition, the business idea of Post newspaper kiosks should be changed. How to find a growth point more suitable Post newspaper kiosks, this article focuses on that. Difficulties of postal newsstand operators on X city are also common problems the country’s postal newspaper kiosks exist. So through the X City Post newspaper kiosks marketing analysis, and the corresponding strategic proposals not only for X City Post newspaper kiosks future operations is necessary.Taking the current situation of the branch of postal newspapers in X city as the starting point, this paper will analyze the marketing strategy of X postal branch using the "4 v" marketing mix theory.
