L Group’s Capital Management Optimization

Capital is the “blood” of the development of enterprise group, capital management is the core of financial management, it is not only the need to strengthen the internal management of theenterprise group, but also the need for member enterprises to strengthen enterprise management and control. Members of the group companies due to the different market conditions, development is not balanced, the fund management group interior is always aproblem puzzling the enterprise, how to solve the problem of capital management of enterprise groups has been widely concerned by enterprises.This paper uses comparative analysis, literature research method and case analysis method,taking L group as an example, the funds management mode and its optimization problem. This paper is divided into five parts: the first part is the introduction, including the background,significance, methods and ideas and literature review; the second part is the theoretical foundation, the main financial management theory, the theory of internal control, internal capital market theory and combination theory; the third part on the basis of theory of fundsmanagement mode of combing, were the description of the status quo of capital management of L group, and deeply analyzes the existing capital management in L group the problems and reasons; the fourth part in view of fund management present situation of L group put forward more agree with actual project, and based on the internal control of the idea for the choice and design of pattern, provide reasonable suggestions to improve the group may happen in the future, so after the fund management mode of enterprise group and the need for more in line with the framework; the fifth part describes the implementation of the new mode of capitalmanagement in L group the implementation path and optimization measures.This text carries on the research according to proposed the question, analysis question, solveproblems and optimization ideas, different money management mode has its own advantages and limitations, managers need to select more suitable for enterprise own development funds management mode.
