Electronic contract manufacturing service is an indispensable part, which has made an important contribution to the prosperity and development of electronics and IT industry. However electronic contract manufacturing enterprises are the "blue collar" in manufacturing industry. They Still stay in the bottom of the "smile curve", they do the job with most dirty and tried, but get minimum profits. F group is the leader in the electronic contract manufacturing industry, it has typical significance to analyze its development strategy selection, after the global financial crisis, as well as in the period of structure adjustment of the global economy.The article takes F group as the research object, and deeply discuss the development strategy of F group. Based on the various data, the author combine with the experience in F Group, utilizing some strategic and economic management theories, such as the SWOT and "five-force model". Though analysising the questions which F group face with in internal and external environment. The paper concluded that:the core competiveness of F group lies in the business model of "eCMS"、"3T" and cost control. However, with the change of external environment, the opportunity of electronic contract manufacturing industry is disappearing,and the advantage of cost is threatened. Based on the theory of enterprise development strategy, the paper put forward some suggestions of strategy for the development of F group:the enterprise should rely on the advantage of contract manufacturing to realize the transformation of strategic, and build their own brands, to get high profit, and maintain the healthy development of enterprise.In this paper, the results has an important role to guide the development of F group. The process and conclusion of paper have same value for other enterprise to update the strategy and transformation.
