With the progress of the society and the continuous development of the national economy, our country’s energy shift peak electric power industry in the national economy status and role in the development of attention by people day by day. In recent years, the country for energy peak electricity policy changes frequently, the change of the market competition is particularly fierce, in the face of rapidly changing market environment and policy environment, energy storage shift peak electric power enterprise survival has received the serious challenge. Enterprise want to keep good business and in the fierce competition in the survival and development, the environment requires enterprises to develop and market closely, constantly adjust their own development strategy, to adapt to market changes and requirements. Due to the change of external environment, enterprises need for the enterprise’s actual situation, analysis of its operating characteristics, find out the advantages and disadvantages of one’s own business development, to develop the enterprise with foresight development strategy, to improve the competitiveness of the enterprise itself.
