Tianji company after more than 20 years of development, from the original sewage treatment technology, the environmental protection industry after a series of technical innovation, now the main business for the new environmental protection dust prevention product and its prevention and control. As the dust control market expands gradually, from coal, mineral powder transportation dust suppression to urban road, the construction site dust suppression, enterprises face the pressure of market competition is more and more big, to in the fierce competition in the dust control segment of the market for better prospects for development, a strategic question before the company executives:"how can you gain lasting competitive advantage in dust control industry?"This paper introduces the basic theory of strategic management, and then through PEST model, Porter’s five forces model, SWOT model to analyze the horizon and the company’s internal and external environment for the development of the company’s choice of competing strategic options. Then, the competition to select the program to develop a specific program products competitive strategy. Finally, suggestions and measures to protect the Tianji company’s competitive strategy implementation.
