| Property management is related to people’s living closely, whose social, economic, envrionment benefits are significant increasingly, and it have excellent prospects. However, there are many problems and conflicts in this area, which cause the contraditions of the home owners, owner committee, property management.With the development of smartphone,all kinds of mobile service providers create a fast and convenient shopping experience,especially "online to offline" shopping envrionment, whose shopping experience gives a big surprise to customers,making more and more people choose mobile shopping.Because of mobile service’s characteristics mentioned above,and property management company as the main entrance of "020" model,modern property management adopts mobile service system.This system provides an opportunity of improving management service quality and solving the conflicts of three parties including home owners, owner committee and property management company,and also creates a best chance for improving the profit of property management company and the satisfaction of the home owners.This essay carries on the research of adoption of mobile service system in modern property management system. By trying to analyze customer’s value level model and technology acception model,under the environment of community property management,launching the on-the-spot investigation of the home owners,owner committee and property management,carring out empirical study,explore community home owners adoption willings of mobile service system provided by property management,and evaluate the effects of all the influencing factors.This essay is taking the statistics of company Z’s mobile service system and people who live in the community as research sample, by using SPSS and AOMS software to test and verify whether the supposing model establishes with model and statistics,and provide advices for property management company to improve system. |
