The slightest carelessness in the process of production, sales, transportation, storage, burning and disposal will cause great security accident with great loss and great threaten in the field of people’s life and properties and even the society stability. Liaoning, as one of the biggest consumption province in the country, has the increasing demand for the fireworks and crackers. So the security problem cannot be over paid the attention.
