The U.S New Energy Policy Impact On The International Economy Research

Energy issue is the core area of the development of competition in the world economy, and good energy policy on the one hand can ensure energy security of the economic development, on the other hand which can enhance the core competitiveness of the national economy. New energy represents the future direction of energy development, and the new energy policy has become the world’s most important energy policy making.The United States is the world’s largest economy, the profound long-term trend of who’s new energy policy will have a significant impact on the international economic situation.So, research on the impact of the U.S. new energy policy for the international economy is significant,and the study not only can make our country cope better with the challenges of economic globalization, but also enable China to draw on the positive aspects of the U.S new energy policy.This paper summarized a lot of predecessors’ research results, and taking the U.S. energy industry policy history analysis as a starting point, reviewed the background of the new US energy policy, enumerated the bills related to the new US energy policy,analyzed the new US energy policy’s economic effects, tracked the related events on the U.S. new energy policy, analyzed the strategic nature of the U.S. new energy policies,and concluded the likely impact of the U.S. new energy policy on the international economy.This paper combed the energy policy evolution process on the general overview of the new U.S. energy policy,and clearly defined the category of American new energy, pointed out that the U.S. new energy policy is one part of the U.S. industrial recovery strategy, discussed the relationship between shale gas and new energy, and pointed out that the new energy policy was both industrialization and strategy policy.This article presented that the new energy policy would bring some major impact to the world energy pattern from the macro point of view of the world economy:it will increase world energy supply totally,change the existing pattern ofthe world’s energy, and reshape the new energy and application of industry business ecosystem all over the world.The research comprehensively analyzed the effect of the new energy.Selecting the three most important new energy policy act, this chapter analyzed the effect of the policy one by one.This part also analyzed the opportunities and challenges of the new energy policy,presented that the U.S. new energy policy will raise the international economic status of environmental protection industry, would also strengthen the existing international economic and financial structure.At last the paper summarized the characteristics of the new U.S. energy policy and presented suggestions to our country’s relevant policy making.Combined with the status quo of China’s new energy policies and development as well as “China’s New Normal"’s the demand for energy development, this part considered that our country should enhance our energy comprehensive strength through the new energy technology’s R&D, at the same time we should pay more attention to the global superiority and strategy when making related policy.
