Technological transformation project of Zhengzhou Yutong energy-saving and new energy bus base is a reasonably planning and integrating project according to the need of development planning and technological upgrading of Yutong Bus company, Therefore, in order to ensure the smooth operation of the project, and gather some expirences for the following project in future, research on the investment management of the project has very important significance and economic value.In this paper, by use of project management theory, combined with cost management, asset management, financial management and other related professional knowledge, we investigate and summarize how to carry out the investment management of the project. The paper contains 6 chapters. The first chapter introduces the background, purpose, significance, contents, and methods of the research. The second chapter introduces the investment situation of this research, mainly the scheme of project planning and design, as well as the analysis of investment project management from the financial perspective. The third chapter is a key section of the paper, mainly introduces the implement process of the investment management of the technical transformation project. Through the whole systematic planning of the project investment and the utilization of information means, all kinds of resources have been reasonably used and managed. Through the classification of assets of construction and equipment in advance by means of accounting knowledge, the reasonable tax avoidance, cost sharing, and funds recording have been achieved. Through the analysis and prediction of the enterprise profit rate, combined with the assets depreciation preparation, the enterprise management condition became more reasonable in the later operation.Through the cost management in contract stage, construction stage and settlement stage, the investment cost control was realized, and the rationality of project investment was improved. Through sort management of the payment from suppliers and strengthen of payment plan management, the efficiency of the fund-using have been improved and the financial income of idle funds was increased in largest. The fourth chapter summarizes the obvious problems and effects existing in the management, and totally analyzes the risks at each stage. The fifth chapter mainly introduces the useful experiences in the project to the follow-up project. The sixth chapter is an overall review to the investment management of the project.
