Commercial bank financial leasing business has been developing rapidly, to the end of 2013, there are 16 Banks’ financial leasing company was put into operation. Commercial Banks develop financial leasing business what promoting technology progress, boosting social investment, solving the problem of financing difficulties of small and medium-sized enterprises, promoting the consumption growth,and it plays a huge role in many aspects. At the same time, the development of the bank’s financial leasing company can perfect China’s financial market system, and promote the strategic transformation of commercial bank, there is very important significance. This article focused on the current problems and the development of China’s commercial bank financial leasing, and analyzed the operation mode of the commercial bank financial leasing,illustrated the characteristics of financial leasing, analyzed development present situation from the perspective of the company quantity, the total asset scale, the risk control of Chinese commercial bank financial leasing, analyzed the cause of development, and studied the problems of external environment and existing in the commercial bank itself about commercial bank financial leasing, according to the existing problems, put forward the policy advice from the country, the financial leasing industry, and commercial banks, there are important theoretical significance and practical significance.This article is divided into five parts.The first part, introduction.
