Research On The Funds Management Of Non-Profit Organizations

With the further development of economic and political reforms,non-profit organizations also play an important role,to make up for lack of government functions,to meet people’s needs,accelerate the development of public welfare,promote social harmony.Therefore, the government has formulated a series of laws and regulations,these laws and regulations have effectively promoted the healthy development of non-profit organizations.But the development of China’s NGO is relatively low,the fund management is lagging far behind that of the developed countries,behind even its own development.Many non-profit governments develop very slowly because of shortage of money.Some even could hardly go on to survive. For non-profit organizations engaged in funding public welfare undertakings,like the importance of human blood for,is needed continued upgrading and continuous flow loop,fund management is increasingly becoming a nonprofit health and sustainable development the necessary conditions.It has been widely used in the financial management of nonprofit organizations.This paper reviews the theoretical literature related financial management and NGO’s,attempting from the present situation of financial managemen as the breakthrough point,combining with a foundation to study of the strengthening of NGO capital efficiency and security issues. By the same size in its reference to foreign organizations operating process for the use of funds excels,to find a non-profit organization for the funds management and control of some of the objectives,content, principles and methods,And then proposed countermeasures and advices.
