Research On Evaluation Of Regional Industrial Land Intensive Use In Anhui Province

Along with social progress, economic development and accelerate of urbanization, more and more intense competition for land.Contradiction between human and land making more and more economics, statistics, management science scholars specialized intensive land use.Government departments have also taken a different approach to promote the level of intensive land use.Industrial land have a lot of money and resources, thus increasing the degree of industrial land intensive use can promote economic growth, to achieve sustainable development of society.Before a large number of domestic and foreign scholars in the evaluation of the level of intensive land use, how to improve the efficiency of intensive land use has made some remarkable research achievements,and helpful for proposed the policy.In these existing research results, at first, research focuses on a specific land,lack of compare about different regions.Secondly, more emphasis on evaluation and economic indicators, ecological and lack of resources, ecological and social sustainable development indicators.These two points indicate that the existing intensive land use evaluation results of the intensive use of the land is not enough to reflect the level, lack of effective guidance.In this paper, the area of industrial land for the study, trying to build a scientific and comprehensive evaluation system.Select entropy method and comprehensive evaluation method to evaluate. Select industrial land to analyze, choose Anhui Province for example, evaluate and compare intensive use of the land about 16 cities.The results showed that from 2010 to 2012 the level of regional industrial land intensive overall trend showed steadily, Northern and southern increased a great extent,the central region need to accelerate the development.Finally, according to the results propose appropriate policy recommendations for reference.
