Land use is the main content of modern geography is based on the most typical complex spatial and temporal sense to directors like natural conditions, human impact, and social factors together under, which has a certain self-similarity in the structure, it is very A typical fractal structure. In this study, the research area Ning’an, Heilongjiang Province, in 1991-2010 between three data sources such as remote sensing, in the RS, GIS technical support, the use of spatial statistical analysis and transfer matrix analysis, analysis of land use in the study area Variation;based on fractal theory, the use of fractal dimension model, analysis of land use in the study area fractal. In the analysis of land use change on the basis of features, the use of a combination of factors analysis, select the driving factors of land use change, using principal component analysis,a comprehensive quantitative and qualitative analysis to clarify the driving mechanism of the driving factors of land use change. The results show that:(1) Changes in general 1991-2010 study area land use occurred, farmland and construction land area increased year by year, decreasing the area of woodland and grassland, water and other land area remained relatively stable. Increase land use type area more farmland, mainly from growth in the cultivated area of woodland; followed by construction land, a major increase from the arable land. Area decreased faster type is woodland, woodland transfer direction is mainly farmland, mainly from its incremental grass. Grassland decreasing, its main transfer direction is farmland and woodland, mainly from woodland increments. Water area in the decade has remained relatively stable, other land area decreased slightly.(2) The overall Ning’an fractal number is on the rise, the land use structure by simple directional complex stability decline. 1991-2010 Ning Fen larger dimension to the class as the main drivers of natural waters, the smaller fractal dimension to human factors driven mainly arable land and construction land; ground waters more complex class structure, and the class structure of arable land and construction land is relatively simple. From the point of view of each land use type,the fractal dimension value of farmland and woodland is then decreased, stability index rose after the first drop, the land tends to form irregular trend after the first rule, after the first complex structures tend to be stable; the grass and fractal number of construction sites has increased, the stability index gradually decline, land forms are irregular and erratic trend, more and more complex structure; fractal number of waters in time and space is also showing an increasing trend year by year, but its stability index does not diminishing but showed an increasing trend, highercomplexity of the shape and structure of land, the fractal dimension value is greater than the critical value of Brownian motion, complex structure, strong stability; fractal dimension does not change the value of other land in 1991 to 2000 Only trace amounts significantly reduced,significantly decreased compared to 2010; stability index has increased, land use rules and forms are stable trend, the structure become simple.(3)Driving force land use change can be divided into natural and man-made driving force driving force categories, whether natural driving force, or artificially driving force, it is in a dynamic state of change at a specific time and space scales, and jointly promote the land dynamic changes in coverage. According to the quantitative analysis of selected indicators shows that the total population and urban population density, all indicators of living standards factor, GDP in the first, second, third industry output growth and food production in the driving factors of land use accounted dominant position. Overall, hydrology and climate characteristics are the main natural factors of land use change, government decisions affecting land use change direction, the socio-economic development, demographic factors and technological progress is the main driving force of human Ning’an land use change, human Factors driving force is strengthened each year,and in 2005 after more obvious.Articles from land-use changes and fractal characteristics of the two aspects of Ning’an land use change research, combined with land use change in the law on the basis of quantitative and qualitative method to analyze the driving forces of land use change.
