| This article based on the analysis of present condition of land use in Hefei city,based on the social and economic development in Hefei city 2005-2012 to analyze the influence of land use change,from the scale,structure, intensive and ecological benefit four aspects to build the evaluation index system of land use status.Using the variation coefficient method and multivariate weighted comprehensive evaluation to evaluate comprehensive benefit evaluation of land use in Hefei city,on this basis,and thus the demand for construction land of Hefei city forecast and using Markov chain to analyze the situation of land use structure finally analyze the level of intensive land use situation.Conclusions:(1)the comprehensive benefit evaluation of land use was steadily increasing trend from 2005 to 2012 scores overall in Hefei city,in 2006 decreased compared to 2005,then began to grow year after year,until 2012 appears lower,but more 2010 still tends to grow.(2)Hefei city’s rapid economic development in recent years,the city is also increasing the scale of construction land demand,through the demand for construction land of Hefei city forecast,taking into account all aspects of a comprehensive needs and constraints factors,the demand for new construction land planning and control of new construction is greater than the planning control of new construction land area.(3)The urban land use structure effective middle-leve in Hefei,lower than the overall scale of the city,the proportion of green space to be improved,which will help achieve the city coordinated development of economy and ecological environment,improve the living environment.(4)The construction land investment amount per unit area of Hefei city in 2012 is 772.854 yuan/square meter,intensive level of efficiency in general,through the analysis of land consolidation benefit situation in hefei city,the city intensive land use potential,predicted that by 2020 the amount spent on construction land per unit area can be reached 1371.36 yuan/square meter.Finally,suggestions on the basis of the conclusions of the study.First, through the development of science and land use planning,determine the reasonable control of urban growth boundaries and urban population growth,so as to effectively control the scale of construction land,achieve smart growth of urban land in Hefei.Secondly,from the promotion of land reserve system,by means of promoting industrial structure adjustment of the economy of its cities and carried out three-dimensional urban development,to optimize the land use structure in macro adjustment and the optimization of urban land use structure.Finally,the threshold set in hefei city land intensive degree, improve the land plot ratio and build system of intensive land use evaluation, so as to improve the level of intensive utilization of land. |
