Because of their unique personality characteristics and personalized demands,the mobility of them in the workplace is higher than ever, Specific performance for high turnover rate, strong turnover intention.High turnover rate will bring a lot of losses to the enterprise Therefore, in the face of this special group, Enterprise human resources managers hope to explore to the real cause of the high turnover rate, formulate the corresponding improvement countermeasures accordingly, In order to manage the new generation of employees more effectively, and reasonably control the turnover rate.This paper chooses the departure of the new generation employees as the research subject, mainly discusses the influence factors of employee turnover intention of the new generation employees. Through various channels such as papers, periodicals, reports, etc, researched many departure models home and abroad. At the same time, analyzed and summarized the related study of new generation staff personality characteristics.At the same time, been to the hotel industry internship for a month which has a higher proportion of new generation staff. In order to collect the firsthand information of the new generation employees’ turnover more directly. Based on this, summarizes the two main factors that have influenced the new generation employees’turnover intention:work feature dimension and characteristic dimension. The study of the new generation employees’ work feature contains five core dimensions which are referred to the job characteristics model. In personality dimensions, through the combination of reference to the related literature, analysis reports, in-depth business practice. Refining four personality of new generation staffs. Based on this, put forward nine hypothesis and design the questionnaire. After testing the reliability and validity of the questionnaire, analyze the data of questionnaires that have been collected. Verify the hypothesis, draw a conclusion:the five core dimensions of job characteristics of new generation employees are all negatively related to the turnover intention. The three personality characteristics of new generation employees "The desire of happiness and freedom"、"The pursuit of novelty"、"low resistance to pressure" are significantly positive related to the turnover intention. However, one of the new employees’ personality characteristics "strong sense of innovation" has no significant correlation with the turnover intention.On the basis of the related research conclusion, put forward targeted suggestions and measures to effectively control the new generation employees’ turnover intention.
