Located in Wuhan, Hubei Province, HR Health Care Products Company manufacturers health food, water purification equipment and medical equipment. Now there are some obstacles in the developing process of the company after rapid development in the early period. Although people’s healthy idea is continuously strengthen and the demand of health care products industry is increasing, the company’s performance is declining because the original marketing model of advertising & investment invitation has not be adapt for the market changes and consumer demands.Under this background, the paper studies the marketing model of HR health care products company and tries to research a new marketing model that is adapt to the development of company. It has a strategic significance to the long-term development of the enterprise and also has application value to other health care products companies. Based on the theory of marketing and the industry characteristics, combining the reality of HR Company, the author analyses the company’s marketing environment, the current marketing model and designs a "knowledge marketing & experience club" marketing model of health care products. It is a bold innovation and suitable for the development of the company. It promotes the development of the HR Company, lets it out of the woods as soon as possible and achieves the strategic goals of the company.This paper is divided into five sections:the first one is the introduction which introduced the research background, purpose, significance, main content, research ideas and methods and summarized the literature review at home and abroad. The second section presents the paper’s theoretical basis. The third part analyses the health products marketing status quo of HR Company and points out its deficiency. The fourth part is a unique design of the experiential marketing model according to the current situation of HR Company. The design form is "knowledge association & experience club" that contains design basis, market environment analysis, design guiding ideology and design framework. The last part, mainly talks about the requisite conditions, operation process and key point of control in order to implement "knowledge marketing & experience club" marketing model in HR Company.
