Meanwhile, with the continuous development of economic and social progress of the country, the public have a higher demand and expectations of risk management capability and operating efficiency of the government. After eighteenth Congress of the Communist Party of China, as China’s new leadership is established, the country’s major policies have been adjusted, heavy anti-corruption and government functions have become an important national policy direction of the current, in-depth look, as the Chinese government administrative units have the exercise of authority, prevent job-related crimes and improve operating efficiency of the public officials are potential requirements for government’s major policies, and these are closely related to the internal control system of administrative units.Internal control system can help organizations improve management efficiency, protect property and complete work goals. For the internal control study of large enterprises and government organizations have widespread attention at home and abroad in recent years, it is becoming a hot point of academic research. With the continuous growth of China’s economic growth of the main market, the research of internal control of rising domestic enterprises made a lot of useful research results. And Correspondingly,the internal control research of particular administrative unit of the domestic government organizations is lagging behind, the internal control level of a lot of administrative units need to be further improved. Administration for Industry and Commerce is an important economic order regulators and law enforcement agencies, the dissertation chosen A administration for Industry and Commerce as a case for study of the internal control, taking into account the properties of the characteristics of administrative units, but also taking into account its closely linked activities with economic.
