The Influence Of Information Technology And Dynamic Capabilities On Strategic Transformation In Logistics Enterprise

Since the 1990s, with the rapid development of information technology, global economy ushered in the new round of structural division, and modern logistics is one of the fastest growing industries, which has become a new growth point of national economy. Logistics enterprises in our country, however, are still in the initial stage of development and have the problem of limited scale, narrow range of service and low service efficiency. Confronted with the dual drive of electric business logistics and the mobile internet, traditional business model has difficulty in meeting the new market demand. Thus, the strategic transformation in logistics enterprise is particularly important.Based on the logistics enterprise information trend and combined with the complexity of dynamics of the competitive environment, this article will discuss and summarize the relevant research of predecessors, study the influence of information technology on strategic transformation of logistics enterprises in the perspective of dynamic capabilities, and then build a theoretical model of these three factors. This study will use the questionnaire to collect data and empirical analysis method to validate the influence of information technology and dynamic capability on strategic transformation of logistics enterprises, which shows that dynamic capability is a partial mediator between information technology and strategic transformation. As the development of logistics enterprises is not long in China, the experience of successful strategic transformation is rarely available for domestic logistics enterprises. Information technology has a direct impact on the strategic transformation of logistics enterprises and an indirect impact on that through dynamic capability, which will inspire logistics enterprises attach importance to create, maintain and improve information technology and provide ideas to help logistics enterprise respond to changeable environment timely, maintain and develop dynamic capability and conduct strategic transformation effectively. In general, the research of strategic transformation in logistics enterprises has an important practical significance.
