Work-family conflict is the research focus of human resources management, psychology and organizational behavior. And it is a serious problem of organizations and families. With the rapid development of the market economy, the accelerated pace of work, extend working hours and work intensity increased, the great changes of families structure, work-family conflict has become increasingly prominent.Studies have shown that work-family conflict has an adverse impact on the individual’s family and work, physical and mental health. Therefore, it is urgent and important to study work-family conflict issues. From the work-family conflict perspective, we study the impact of work-family conflict on work engagement. And then introduce the variable of organizational support to study moderating effects.In this paper, 395 corporate staffs of Changsha, Zhengzhou and Shijiazhuang is the research object. Using SPSS20.0 software, we analyze the data, such as descriptive statistical analysis, variance analysis, correlation analysis and regression analysis. The study found:(1) Work-family conflict level is not high of corporate staffs. Work-Family time conflict is the highest and Work-Family pressure conflict is second.(2) Sex, age, position, firm size, nature of business are important affecting factors of work-family conflict.(3) It exists significant negative correlation between Work-family conflict and job involvement.(4) It exists significant prediction between Work-family conflict and job involvement.(5) Organizational support has moderating effects between Work-family conflict and job involvement. Based on the above findings, the paper puts forward the corresponding management recommendations. First, companies should provide appropriate organizational support strategies to ease the adverse effects of work-family conflict for staff job involvement. Second, based on differences in demographic variables, companies organizational support strategies should have differences. Finally, companies should establish family supportive corporate culture.
