Supply chain partners is an essential element in the new era of enterprise competitive environment to survive. Competing companies through the supply chain, the primary problem is the selection of partners to build a complete supply chain management that is the core problem with this model is that the enterprise supply chain collaboration, and supply chain partner selection is an important supply chain management research. In the evaluation system partners to build on the basis of various indicators alternative partners combine scientific and rational approach to treatment, to obtain reliable evaluation results are particularly important.Firstly, this paper discussed the research status of supply chain partner selection, priority aggregation operators and hybrid multi-attribute decision making. Then, analyzed and summarized problems for supply chain partner selection, so presents the main research contents of the paper, technology roadmap and innovation.Secondly, the paper briefly described the basic theory of supply chain and supply chain management, as well as the factors affecting the supply chain partner selection evaluation system for analysis, pointing out its advantages and shortcomings. On this basis, we build a new index system of supply chain partner selection. Then, we discussed the problems of hybrid multi-attribute decision making and analyzed the various types of data that including the real number, interval number, intuitionistic fuzzy sets, and triangular fuzzy number, gives a standardized method for these five data. Meanwhile, we introduce the definition of OWA and POWA, and make a more oin-depth study for that property has priority of hybrid multi-attribute decision making problems.Finally, supply chain partner selection problem between property has priority hybrid multi-attribute decision model based on the properties of the weights is unknown, property values are real numbers and linguistic variables, interval number and intuitionistic fuzzy sets, real numbers and triangular fuzzy count the number of cases of supply chain partner selection were calculated have proved the use of priority ordered weighted averaging operator assembled evaluation value method evaluation results can be drawn, therefore, that the method is effective and feasible.
