Research On Collaboration Of Operating Capital Based On Tri-echelon Supply Chain

Supply chain management is a new kind of management model. It is formed under the background of the economic globalization, social division of labor.Collaborative learning is a branch of science system, which emphasizes the management thinking of “cooperation and unity”. Supply chain is a set of logistics, information flow and capital flow, where money management is a key problem. Previous studies of supply chain collaborative management more concentrated in manufacturing operations and information technology. Research working on supply chain capital is less involved in collaborative management. Research on supply chain collaborative management of capital maybe is an extension and supplement for the supply chain collaborative management.Based on the theory of supply chain collaborative management and the research results of supply chain capital, this paper raise the core idea of supply chain collaborative management and build the model of supply chain collaborative management of working capital, given two collaborative management strategies which are shifting inventory and differing the cost of capital, combined with a simple three-tier electronics manufacturing supply chain case. The results show that: the first one can reduce the overall cost of the supply chain through complement of inventory carrying cost and the other can reduce the cost of supply chain through weighted average cost.
