With the continuous industrialization and urbanization propulsion in China, developing of social and economic level increases stronger demand for land resources, the construction land dimensions expands constantly, the amount of construction land occupy cultivated land ascends, a outstanding contradiction between humanity and land resources has appeared in our country. At the same time, the winged urbanization brings urban pollution, ecological pollution and many other troubles, which also restricts the healthy development level of the social-economy(S&E) in China. To evaluate the health level of social and economic development in a specific regional and to reestablish the social economy development thoughts and stage work center basis on this health level by the perspective of sustainable development is particularly important at this moment. Therefore, this article uses the view of land resources utilization, selects Chengdu city as the empirical area, based on the social-economic and land use status data in 2006 and 2011, group the comprehensive social, economic and ecological elements of land use system health assessment, and uses the method of ESDA and spatial lag model to make a spatial econometric study of this land use system health level, points out the land use system health level space correlation characteristics between each research unit in the study area, reveals the factors behind those kind of spatial associate characteristics, and put forward some feasible ideas and measures according to the results of the study, willing to response the social-economic growth level by the perspective of land use system health level, and be as the decision-making reference and technical support for the continuous improvement of health level and sustainable healthy development of social economy level of development in this study area, using the characteristic that the process of land resource utilization is deep into all fields of S&E development and ecological conservation, make the healthy level of land use system to reflects the healthy level of S&E growth, propose the decision-making reference and technical support for the health growth of land use system and social-economic for the research IV area.Here are the basic research verdicts of this article:(1) From the two comprehensive evaluation results of land use system health on 2006 and 2011, the land use system healthy level in Chengdu is overall high, the middle evaluation level of land use system health nearly occupies as much as 75% of the districts and counties, occupy mass evaluation space units, the land use system healthy grade of Chengdu presents "spindle" type distribution in the hierarchy; From the perspective of the specific health level in time and space differentiation, the health area closes to the city’s third spheres gradually, the central city healthy grade is declining, a part of a healthy area turns to general health area.(2)From the point of spatial correlation characteristics of spatial econometrics research, the spatial autocorrelation of the health level of the districts and counties in Chengdu turns negative to positive, spatial distribution shows a tendency of scattered to gather, local spatial heterogeneity declines. By the analysis concept of local spatial auto-associate, this kind of land use system health level of Chengdu gathering momentum behind strengthening is "low-low" level gathering. Health level of the "hot spots center" are mainly distributed in the second circle, like the wenjiang and longquanyi district, we suggests that these class areas should be the firsts to explore the transformation of land use pattern, innovate more sustainable and operability of the operating pattern of land resources continue which can improve the level of land use system health; "cold spots center" are mainly concentrated in wuhou district and the north of the third sphere, like pengzhou district, suggest those areas strengthens the extent of land resources development, promote the urban alteration and land reorganization, and improve the output efficiency of land resources in S&E development. Contrast the two research time, the "hot spots center" sets off to second layer from the third sphere, the "cold spots center" begins to appear more significant in the center city.(3) From the influence factors of space analysis of the spatial econometrics research, the performance indicators of land use system become the main factors of land use system health gather, the effect extent of the structure index constantly improve either, so according to industry proportion and land use structure things which stand for the benefit and structure index, I suggest the local government catch the main idea— "adjust the land use structure, guide the industrial structure, changing the economic model ", to promote the local economy development on a sustainable healthy level by guiding the local social-economic growth in that way, should not to promote the local S&E growth in single way by investment. At the same time, in fact, the function of benefit quota is weakening, we suggest to decentralize more right to the market rules, let market rules dominate the local social-economic growth.(4) The spatial econometrics research of land use system health level based on ESDA method and spatial lag model confirm the fact that the land development and economic development slowdown in the central city of Chengdu, and the opposite conditions in the districts of second layers, it also shows that ESDA method and spatial lag model can reveal the spatial and temporal differentiation of land use system health level and explore to analyze its influence factors, put forward a objective basis for social and economic development policy recommendations and development basis, shows a strong usability in the research field of spatial econometrics of healthy level of land use system, and it really contains a popularization value in this research field. |
