The Research Of Knowledge Transfer In Human Library

Social is progressing, economic is development, technology is innovating and library is changing. From the collection library to the digital library and then to the new concept Human Library appears, the library is getting close to the public. It’s mainly for knowledge acquisition in the library, so knowledge transfer can make personal knowledge accumulation. Whether digital library or collections library, readers need to acquire knowledge of their own learning, understanding of knowledge tending to be one-sided. Human Library is a way of person to person learning,the book is living,konwledge is living,thinking is also living,such learningis activity, readers can maximize the enthusiasm of them,because they can achieve the timely feedback of knowledge.In Human Library activities, knowledge transfer is a sign of activities successful.Field theory and trust, relationships, and the incentives are a complete system of the whole event. Although field theory is the concept in physics, it has now spread to the entire scientific system. Therefore,in Human Library activities, the field theory is the bridge of knowledge transfer,and the trust, relationships, the incentive between the human books and readers are the cornerstone of knowledge transfer,they are build a solid system for the knowledge transfer.Based on previous and academics research, this paper researches the Human Library and the knowledge transfer in Human Library. This paper is divided into five chapters:The first chapter introduces the background and significance of research and innovations and the overall framework for the article depicted. The second chapter is an overview of current research work on domestic and international.It’s descripted the situation of the activities in abroad in the form of a chart. It’s used detailed statistics and descriptions to introduce this new library service in domestic. The research of knowledge transfer in Human Library on domestic and international makes brief overview The third chapter mainly introduces Human Library and the Library knowledge transfer. First, introduce Human Library, through the study of literature statistics, it defines a more scientific name about Human Library activities, and introduces the reader the common forms of Human Library. Second, it analyzes the origin of Human Library and the Library in detail, starting from the type and characteristics of the library, Human Library doesn’t belong to the library, and then introduces the reasons that Human Library was able foothold Library.The fourth chapter is core of the article, the context surrounds the transfer of knowledge to start. Based on the field theory and the relationship of trust, interpersonal relationships, incentives.they are the subjective and objective conditions to the knowledge transfer.It elaborates how the trust relationships, relationships, incentive influent the knowledge transfer. They become the theoretical groundwork for the successful holding of Human Library. The fifth chapter,it introduces the knowledge transfer model that based on the subjective and objective factors and makes a detailed modeling process of Human Library. The sixth chapter is Human Library Case Studies, organized by Shandong Provincial Library "Ithink Human Library" event for the version and analyzed the application of knowledge transfer theory.
