All companies have, cannot do without the product benefits. Enterprises of all production and business activities are carried out around the product, we adopted effective and timely delivery of products to consumers need to gradually achieve business development goals. In recent years, with the rapid development of our country’s high-tech industry and the telecommunications industry, more and more companies to communicate electronics market as the primary focus of the development of object. Research and development of new electronic communication products, is the development trend of communication with the inevitable. Especially mobile communications market, product variety, personalized service and thoughtful, to a large extent into the development trend of scientific and technological progress. Competition among communications companies around the electronic product development is becoming increasingly fierce. Therefore, to develop a practical product positioning and pricing strategy development, the development of enterprises has a very important significance.This paper is a combination of market trends of communication electronic products, conduct research for product development and product positioning both pricing strategies to help companies to better identify the product development direction, and work out a reasonable price to achieve the ultimate corporate earnings. Paper introduces the research background, purpose and significance of the research topic, research status and development trend of domestic and correlation analysis, the paper briefly introduces the innovation and research methods, and gives the main research content and frame; then elaborated papers related to the theoretical basis, mainly in product development and product positioning theory pricing strategy; then according to a’s existing product development environment and conditions, product development, market positioning analysis; again through a company’s product development and product positioning Empirical Study of pricing strategy, we can predict that the market prospects of the product; the use of factor analysis and BP neural network combining methods to study nonlinear relationship of certain characteristics of the product itself and the market price coefficient between the final product obtained pricing model; and finally, the actual situation of a company, propose appropriate positioning method of product development and product pricing strategy, thesis summary and outlook.
