The Management Research Of Lean Production Of One Six Factory

Machinery manufacturing industry is the pillar industry of our national economy. With the rapid development of the world economy, manufacturing industry gradually chang people’s way of production way of life、mode of operation and management and the organizational structure of the society and culture.The aviation manufacturing industry of our country belongs to the national strategic new industry, strongly supported by national policy, developed rapidly, the future development space is wide. But the production and management of aviation manufacturing industry in our country is far behind the development of the whole industry, so promoting the production management level is particularly important.One six factory is one part of the China Aviation Industry Group SAC and a new national enterprises which is professionally engaged in machining to product the civil airplane parts.Under the good prospects in the industry,the parts suppliers of civil airplanes are increasing,and the competition is more intenser. For gaining the greater share of the outsourcing and more benefits,to be the lasting strategic supplier.The original enterprise production management model has exposed many problems,based on researching and improving the problems of this factory, to response the market fastly,to improve customer’s satisfaction,to enhance the competitiveness of the factory.The aim of this thesis is to make the lean production as the guiding ideology,to combine with the actual situation of the one six factory of SAC.After analysising the existing production management process problems,using the theory and method of the lean production,trying to improve the production management under the existing resources,so as to improve and enhance the production management running efficiency of the whole one six factory.This article finds and identifies the existing problem in the production,based on analysising the existing production management system problems,to analyze the current situation from the traditional production mode、production inventory and production layout.Then according the lean production theory,the characteristics and requirement of the civil airplane manufacturing technology and theory.Mainly reasearching from the modern production mode、inventory control and production layout improvement.To promote the application in the lean production idea, so as to achieve the improvement in the enterprise production management. Based on the implementation of the current production status of improvement measures, aims to analyze and study the actual enterprise production,the one six factory can achieve a balanced and efficient production in the production process.To reduce the waste of production resources,to impel this enterprise to adopt the modern information technology,to organize production activities effectively.
