Study On America Investment Project Of Dalian LLC Company Risk Management

More and more Chinese enterprises response the government’s "going out" strategy these days. But as a result of international management environment is more complex than domestic single economic environment, as well as the history of Chinese enterprises "going out" is short, whose management ability also can’t keep up with international standards, Chinese enterprises foreign direct investment activities are faced with the huge risk of investment and management. Therefore, to prevent the foreign direct investment risk of the enterprise becomes the problem that the enterprises must solve.This paper taking the U.S. subsidiary of Dalian LLC Company as the research object, identifies the specific risks in the process of the foreign direct investment, including market risk, political risk, legal risk, social culture management risk, technology risk, credit risk and force majeure risk. To scientifically prevent and effectively answer with various risks of Dalian LLC U.S. subsidiary project, enhance enterprise’s competitive power, Dalian LLC is proposed in this paper to deal with the risk management, and established a perfect project risk management system, including preventing the risk strategy, improving the risk prevention system, preparing to adequate resources and risk assessment. The paper points out that Dalian LLC should put risk management in the enterprise development strategy, from the system construction, establish and improve the early warning of risk management system, optimize the risk management process, prepare for the necessary manpower, strive to eliminate the risk factors before the risk or by efforts to reduce risk loss, and for improving risk management ability and level. Therefore, the enterprise could have more competitive advantage.Under the background of the current complex international investment management, establishing effective risk management system, not only the Dalian LLC overseas subsidiary project investment has very important strategic significance, but also positive significance for other enterprises carrying out a good risk management and controlling foreign direct investment.
