Along with the rapid development of Internet technology electronic banking products, with its characteristics of 3 a, (anytime, anywhere,anyway),and flexible and convenient symbol,are accepted by more and more people, even become an essential for life. For banks,electronic banking can effectively reduce operating costs, improve the service efficiency. For commercial Banks especially,whether can they keep the absolute market share in the future,as well as the aspects of the market performance,electronic banking is the decide one to make them be the top in the market.See from recent 10 years development of electronic banking in our country’s high-speed development period, on the one hand, foreign investment, private power are going into the competition,on the other hand,the standard has not been established in the market.how to win in the confused price war? It is a question that every commercial bank should face.In this paper, introduce the agricultural bank of electronic banking business,analyzes and summarizes the current characteristics and prospects for the development of the electronic banking market.Using the SWOT,STP marketing theory,through the comparative analysis,summarizes the induction,reasoning, deductive method.SWOT and other research methods,puts forward solutions to problems and throw. The full text is divided into six parts,chapter 1 is the introduction,the paper research background and significance of electronic banking marketing,the second chapter focuses on the concept,characteristic and function of the electronic banking,made a detail,to introduce the development of electronic banking business at home and abroad,and out of the electronic bank marketing theory,and then the third chapter in view of the agricultural bank of electronic banking development present situation has made the analysis and research,pointed out the advantages and disadvantages of its electronic banking development,random out of the fourth chapter,the analysis of agricultural bank of electronic banking marketing environment,and SWOT theory to the advantages and disadvantages of the development environment,opportunity,threat. Fifth chapter on the basis of the analysis of the specific market situation,according to the segment of the market principle throws specific marketing strategy,and in the sixth chapter in the light of the concrete implementation strategy and execution,especially the agricultural bank of the current marketing consciousness,the deficiency of marketing make specific instructions and put forward the corresponding solutions.
