Around the capital, Hebei has responsibility and obligation, and also has convenient conditions for relieving stress for the capital.In the process of construct strong province of the coastal economic and social development, Hebei Province, at the background of the relevant policies introduced gradually, should use the "new Beijing function orientation" and the geographical characteristics of Hebei, play to the role of the government guide and market adjustment, play to regional advantages, adjust the industrial structure, optimize the allocation of resources, realize the three coordinated development of industry, drive the Hebei economic stable growth. From the development experience such as Yanjiao, Zhuozhou in recent years, the construction of "Central Capital Economic Circle", can effectively undertake industrial transfer and dispersion in the capital, accept overflow of elements such as talents, technology, information in capital, promote the overall development level in Hebei province.
