Research On Enterprise Financial Strategy During The Recession

With the development of the world economy, enterprise managers facing all kinds of tests, expanding and competition of enterprise organization scale aggravated the life cycle more and more short, and after received the 2008 global financial crisis, let many domestic enterprises fall into the cold winter, coupled with the financing structure, investment strategy and a series of important improper financial arrangement makes more and more enterprises to enter the recession phase of the business in on. These enterprises, a considerable part of failed to survive the winter of financial crisis and bankruptcy, a part of enterprises are still struggling for the survival of enterprises, there is a small part of enterprises in the face of this situation the implementation of reasonable and effective financial strategy to break the dilemma, successful make it out of the recession stage, us hered in the rebirth of enterprises. It is not difficult to find the important role of effective financial strategy plays, however at this stage for the declining period, financial strategic analysis of less and less, so how to correctly guide there cession enterprises to choose the suitable financial strategy to make it in the fierce competition in the business environment smoothly through the recession have become the primary concern of this paper. The enterprise can determine more early recession financial strategy, the more favorable to the enterprise survival and development.In this paper, in the digestion and absorption of the related studies at home and abroad the enterprise life cycle theory, aiming at the characteristics of the recession on the basis of manufacturing enterprises in our country, combined with the actual case, the optimal enterprise financing structure, investment structure and dividend distribution strategy as an important content of financial management strategy, the future for the enterprise financial strategy choice suggestion and take effective measures to to obtain the success of the enterprise to enter a new round of life cycle, to provide guidance and reference for other similar enterprises in the recession.This total started from six parts. The first part is the introduction, including the recession of enterprise financial strategy research background and purpose, research ideas and framework, the life cycle theory combined with the financial strategy research main innovation and its expected contribution. The second part mainly reviews the relevant theory of life cycle and financial strategy theory, knowledge of the dynamics of the latest and literature review. The third part is the theoretical foundation of the thesis, carries on the detailed elaboration to the life cycle theory and the financial strategy theory, the fourth part of the article and connection, specially selects the theory of life cycle of recession and financial strategy of combining theory, lay a solid theoretical foundation for the case study. The fifth part is the core content of the thesis, based on the above theoretical foundation, carries on the case analysis to the C enterprise. First introduced the background and analysis of C enterprise on the recessionary reason, then carries on the analysis research on the financial strategy from financing, investment and dividend distribution of three aspects, and put forward relevant suggestions and Countermeasures on the financial strategy of C company. The sixth part of this article is the research summary, limitations of the study and the prospects for the future are discussed.
