| Hotel industry is the most dynamic and potential part of the third industry in our country, which become a new growth point of national economy. With the number of high star hotel increasing and the rising overall trend of hotel industry, high quality hotel specialty people are needed more and more urgently. Therefore, the training of professional talents of hotel especially the cultivation of professional skills become an important task in colleges and industry. At home and abroad, re-search on incentive theory is fairly system and the practice result is more abundant, but it is few by using the principle of incentive to improve and promote the hotel specialty students’ practical ability.In this paper, according to the university, students and business classes at the position and on the role of the students’ practical ability training,current situation of hotel specialty students’ practical ability training is reasonable evaluated, its main problems and the causes is analyzed. The strategy of improve hotel specialty student’s practice ability is found according incentive target setting, management, performance appraisal and incentive constraints, by using the relevant principle of incentive theory.The exploratory research train of though are used in this article, which contains theory and practice. |
